The 12th Transfusion Congress of the Chinese Society of Blood Transfusion was held in Hefei, Anhui Province from September 25th to 27th, 2024. The congress brought together leaders, experts, and colleagues from the blood transfusion field across the country to exchange and share the latest advancements, experiences, achievements, and prospects in blood transfusion medicine and services. Through scientific methods such as centrifugation, filtration, separation, and washing, collected blood is prepared into more than 10 types of blood component products, such as leukocyte-reduced red blood cell suspension, washed red blood cells, frozen and thawed deglycerinated red blood cells, fresh frozen plasma, virus-inactivated frozen plasma, and cryoprecipitate coagulation factors, to meet the needs of different patients. In this specialized department, blood component preparation is an unavoidable part of their daily work, and using blood bank centrifuges for efficient and convenient preparation can significantly improve their work efficiency. At this exhibition, Heng'er Bio showcased its independently developed Pro1905R large-capacity blood bank centrifuge for the first time, receiving high praise from many experts upon its unveiling.

2. It can automatically open the lid and can be optionally equipped with a foot switch.
3. Unique timing, holding, and ACE functions ensure centrifugation effectiveness.

Of course, the most noteworthy feature is its wireless data transmission capability, enabling interconnectivity with the laboratory LIMS system. Automatic or manual barcode scanning of sample labels allows for data traceability. This convenient operation and modern information management impressed the visiting experts with its powerful functionality.
In addition to the system's functionality, the instrument's excellent workmanship is also a key factor in winning customer praise. The rotor is a core component of this centrifuge. Its processing involves meticulous steps by workshop technicians, including careful tool installation and precise dimensional adjustments. After forming, it undergoes rigorous surface treatment before passing quality inspection and installation.
The recognition received at the exhibition has given Heng'er Bio further impetus and confidence for development. Going forward, Heng'er Bio will continue to expand the application of centrifuges in blood banks, contributing to ensuring that the public has access to safe and effective blood products, acting as a guardian of human health and a messenger of love.
